Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a better location for my stay! The hotel is within walking distance of everything I needed and the staff were incredibly friendly. Although the noise from the corridor was a bit bothersome and the room felt a little noisy with the windows open, overall my experience was very positive.
The hotel is situated smack in the center of town, a stone's throw from Cahir Castle, making it a prime spot for exploring the area. The rooms could use a refresh as they feel a bit stale, and there's a lack of ventilation, which can make them feel stuffy. However, the location is unbeatable for taking day trips around Tipperary, Waterford, and Cork.
I felt like I was at home from home in this hotel, with a great location walking distance to the castle and plenty of good restaurants nearby. The staff were so lovely, always ready to put themselves out for you. The traditional Irish breakfast was well-prepared and served efficiently, but might not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with clean rooms and friendly staff. However, the rooms have a slight smell of stale smoke. The location is convenient for exploring the town and visiting nearby attractions, but the price could be a bit high. The dining options are plentiful and delicious, making for a satisfying experience overall.
The hotel, although a bit clinical in its room design, offers bright and airy accommodations with lovely pictures and great windows overlooking the main square. Being given a room that was ready upon arrival was a plus, however, room design could be improved to match the older character of the hotel. The service was real friendly overall, despite a minor issue of unclear communication at check-in. The location on the quaint town square is excellent, right in the center, making for a very pleasant stay with friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience, while separate, was delicious with a generous selection, and the facilities were good value for the money.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely, clean, and tidy, equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. However, there was some noise from outside in the morning. The service was top-notch, with kind and accommodating staff. The location was exceptional, right in the center of town. The dining experience was delightful with a good selection of breakfast items. Overall, a great value for the money.
